What does the role involve:
Working in our Job Team, you will carry out a variety of job work to provide effective bird and pest control solutions for our customers. This includes proofing, bird netting/spiking, cleaning, seagull programs and shooting.
Daily Tasks:
- Working within a team or alone, as the job dictates.
- Follow the job spec, RAMS and safe codes of practice at all times.
- Ensure all the right materials are used as per the job spec.
- Liaise with the plant/MEWPS suppliers to off hire equipment.
- Resolve any issues on site, involve the Surveyor & Operations Manager if required.
- Keep the customer informed of progress & seek sign off on completion of works carried out.
- Complete visit reports, including before and after pictures.
- Feedback to the Surveyor once job has been completed.
- Assist with routine pest control duties in other areas as workload demands.
- Attend sites where we have secured job work.
- Assist the surveyor providing advice during surveys on complex bird work such as netting, spiking etc.

Hours of work - Monday to Friday 8am-4.30pm - 40 hours per week.
Requirements:
- Full UK driving licence.
- Previous experience is not essential, although an advantage, as full training will be provided. Experience of working outdoors is of advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience of managing your own time and schedules is an advantage.
- Hardworking, positive and can-do attitude.
- Strong work ethic.
