Job Overview
Delilah’s is looking for someone to help run the financial aspect of
this busy restaurant and bar in Lochinver. This is a part time
position and seasonal. Salary negotiable depending on experience.
Hours can be flexible and remote working would be considered

The ideal candidate will be hard working, able to undertake a
variety of financial tasks, work under pressure, independently and
to deadlines. This person will be comfortable working with a high
degree of attention, accuracy and discretion.
Responsibilities
Creating and updating office records, sorting and distributing
communications in a timely manner, monitoring and responding to
emails, recording and processing staff records, managing sales
and purchase ledgers, monthly bank reconciliations, VAT and
payroll preparation, cash handling, monitoring office supply levels
and re ordering, responding to any requests or issues which may
arise and maintaining good working relationships with suppliers,
customers and colleagues.
Skills required
Excellent organisational and time management skills, ability to
work to deadlines, proficient IT skills, excellent written and verbal
communication skills, experience of working with sales and
purchase ledgers (desirable), knowledge of Xero software or
similar (desirable) and experience of cash flow and forecasting
(desirable).
