We are seeking a motivated and experienced Skilled Worker to join our professional team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in completing a variety of hands‑on tasks, ensuring all work meets our high standards.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out skilled manual work related to your trade or discipline
Diagnose, repair, install, or maintain equipment, materials, or structures
Work independently or as part of a team to meet deadlines
Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with company standards
Communicate effectively with colleagues, supervisors, and clients
Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas to a professional standard

Essential Skills & Experience

Proven experience in a skilled trade (e.g., fabrication, welding, mechanical, electrical, joinery, or similar)
Strong practical skills and attention to detail
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings or instructions
Good problem‑solving ability and a proactive attitude
Full UK driving licence (preferred)
Relevant qualifications or certifications (advantageous but not essential)
