We are looking for phone based customer account manager to join the team.

So what will you be doing?
- Owning Guarantor My Loan customers from the moment arrears are entered into through to bringing the account up to date.
- Contact customers to discuss missed payments , including use of outbound calls, letters, emails and texts.
- Respond to various types of incoming contact including call, emails and texts.
- Agree specific treatments with customers and guarantors to get the loan payments back up to date.
- Meet all relevant regulatory requirements.
