Full job description

We are currently seeking a Trainee Lettings Negotiator to join our busy, friendly team for our Norwich office.

This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a highly respected, successful, and rapidly growing independent estate agency. Due to continued business growth, we are expanding our team and are looking for the right candidate to grow with us.

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate will possess:

· A background in customer service is ideal but not essential

A bright, enthusiastic personality and a passion for property
A customer-focused mindset and willingness to go the extra mile
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
The ability to work independently and as part of a team
The ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure
Strong problem-solving abilities and the confidence to make informed decisions
A full UK manual driving licence
A driven, career-minded attitude

Key Responsibilities

Registering tenants details to a high standard
Matching suitable tenants to properties
Arranging property viewings and on occasion, attending viewings where necessary for business needs
Managing a busy diary efficiently
Negotiating and securing lets
Liaising with landlords to find the best tenants
Handling administrative tasks and maintaining accurate files
Any other tasks to meet business needs

Working Hours

Monday to Friday: 8:45am – 5:30pm
One in four Saturdays: 9:00am – 3:00pm

Salary & Benefits

On-target earnings: Between £26,000 - £30,000 per annum (including commission) depending on performance
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
