Job Title: Director of Quality
Location: Great Yarmouth and Lowestoft
Hours: Full Time - 37 hpw - 1.0FTE
Contract: Permanent
Salary: Band N - £52509.60 to £59139.60 (dep. on qualifications and experience)

Are you an experienced Further Education Leader? Do you share our passion for continuous improvment and have a deep understanding of quality frameworks? Would you relish an opportunity to help shape the future of our college?

As Director of Quality, you will provide strategic leadership and operational oversight of the College’s Quality Assurance and Improvement Framework, ensuring excellence in all aspects of provision.

You will lead a culture of evidence-based improvement, ensuring that teaching standards, learner outcomes, and quality processes align with Ofsted’s Education Inspection Framework (EIF).

This role is central to our success — from inspection readiness to staff development — ensuring we deliver consistently high standards across all curriculum areas.

Experience of SAR and Quality Improvement Plans
Degree educated (relevant area of study)
