You will play a key role in ensuring our installation projects are planned, coordinated, and completed efficiently from start to finish.
The Role
As an Installation Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, scheduling, coordination and successful delivery of customer installations. Working closely with customers, surveyors, installers, suppliers and manufacturers, you will ensure projects run smoothly and are completed to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Planning and coordinating installation schedules
- Liaising with customers, surveyors and installation teams to ensure all requirements are met
- Coordinating with suppliers and manufacturers regarding lead times and product availability
- Scheduling installation teams and providing ongoing support and guidance
- Monitoring installation progress and proactively resolving any issues or delays
- Maintaining accurate records and updating relevant systems
- Ensuring customers are kept informed throughout the installation process
- Working closely with internal departments to ensure a seamless customer journey
Essential Requirements
- Strong understanding of installation processes and project coordination
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail
- Competent IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Desirable Experience
- Previous experience in an installation coordination, scheduling or project administration role
- Experience within the home improvement, construction, glazing or manufacturing industry
- Customer service experience within a fast-paced environment.

Pay: £24,840.47-£51,573.68 per year
Work Location: In person
