Key Responsibilities:

Process Optimization:

Analyse and document insurance business processes, identifying inefficiencies, gaps, and risks in operations.
Create process maps and flowcharts to visualize business processes and propose recommendations for improvements.
Implement continuous improvement methodologies to enhance process efficiency and effectiveness.
Business Analysis:
Gather and analyse business requirements, developing tailored specifications.
Communicate with stakeholders to ensure the accuracy and feasibility of requirements.
Data Analysis:
Collect, analyse, and interpret data related to business processes and performance metrics.
Utilize data visualization tools to present findings, support decision-making, and provide actionable recommendations based on data trends.
IT Project Management:
Participate in and manage business-driven IT development projects, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery.
Write business/functional requirement specifications and collaborate with technical teams to ensure effective implementation.
Monitor project progress, evaluate outcomes, and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
2-5 years of relevant experience in process analysis, business requirements, or data modelling.
Experience in running business process improvement/redesign and IT project management.
Outstanding communication skills in both English and Chinese, capable of effectively engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
Work experience in the insurance industry and familiarity with operational processes is preferred.
Process management certifications (e.g., ISO 9001, Six Sigma, BPM, ITIL, or equivalent) are a plus.
