KEINA Studios is looking for freelance Reformer Pilates Instructors to join our opening team in W10.
KEINA Studios is a boutique, community-led Pilates and wellness studio opening in July 2026.
We are currently looking for additional instructors with strong evening and weekend availability, including weekday evenings, Saturday classes and Sunday classes.
We’re creating a studio that feels premium, welcoming, beginner-friendly and rooted in real life. A big part of our mission is to bridge the gap between who Pilates is typically marketed to and our local community.
We’ll offer reformer and mat Pilates, including women-only classes, age-conscious sessions and beginner-friendly options. Sessions are open to everyone.
We welcome experienced instructors and we also welcome newly qualified instructors who are passionate, driven and ready to grow with us. This is a freelance role, ideal for instructors who want to be part of shaping a thoughtful, inclusive Pilates community from the beginning.
About the studio
- KEINA Studios is based in W10.
- Our studio will have 8 reformers supplied by Hampton Reformers.
- Classes are 50 minutes long.
What you’ll do
- Teach safe, engaging and well-structured Reformer Pilates classes
- Support clients of different levels, including complete beginners
- Offer clear demonstrations, corrections and options throughout class
- Create a welcoming, encouraging and inclusive class environment
- Adapt exercises where needed for different abilities, bodies and experience levels
- Maintain strong awareness of form, alignment and injury prevention
- Help keep the studio clean, organised and ready for the next class
- Represent KEINA’s values: warm, professional, inclusive and community-led
What we’re looking for
- Level 3 Mat Pilates minimum
- Level 3 Reformer Pilates qualification
- Experienced instructors welcome
- Newly qualified instructors also welcome
- Confident teaching in a group setting
- Strong communication and people skills
- Energetic, reliable and professional
- Passionate about Pilates and wellness
- Confident knowledge of reformer technique, safe movement and class programming
- Ability to teach mixed-ability classes and support beginners
- Genuine interest in inclusive, community-focused Pilates
- Aligned with our community-led values
- Reliable evening and/or weekend availability
- Up-to-date First Aid certification preferred / required before teaching
- Appropriate instructor insurance required before teaching
Availability we are particularly looking for

- Regular weekly availability
- Cover and additional launch-period availability where possible

Desirable additional qualifications
- Pre and Postnatal Pilates
- Pilates for Injuries / Rehabilitation
- Barre, Yoga or Functional Training
- Nutrition or Wellness Coaching
- Experience teaching women-only, beginner-friendly or age-conscious sessions
- Experience working in boutique studios, gyms or wellness spaces
- Interest in helping shape a new studio community from launch
