Dalston Secret Bakery is a new bakery based in the centre of Dalston, specialising in artisan sourdough and baked goods.
We are working along side with Brunswick East and share their sky farm, where we grow our own seasonal produce to go into our own baked goods.
We work with whole wheat and ancient grains, we strive to create a zero waste baking environment taking care to produce our range of sourdoughs and daily baked goods with as much good conscience as possible.
Across our viennoiserie section we take the same level of care, using craft, skill and passion to create top notch pastries not defined by traditional standards of strong white flour but instead using British flours, cultured butter and unrefined sugars for full of flavour pastries.
A focus on seasonality working with brilliant British suppliers who support low intervention and regenerative farming practices allows for creativity in our daily craft, something which is both nurtured and encouraged within our team culture.
We take great pride in producing everything we sell in house and are looking for a dedicated baker with the same level of care to join our fast growing team.
