Full job description

We are currently expanding our sales team within the utilities sector and are looking for motivated individuals to join us in a customer-facing Sales Associate position across London.

This is a full-time opportunity suited to confident, enthusiastic people who enjoy working with customers, communicating face-to-face and developing their career within sales and customer acquisition. Full product and sales training is provided, making this role suitable for both experienced sales professionals and individuals from retail, hospitality or customer service backgrounds.

About the Role

As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for speaking with customers in residential areas, providing information regarding available utility and household service options, and assisting customers with suitable solutions based on their needs.

This is a field-based role involving direct customer interaction within assigned locations across London.

Key Responsibilities

Engage with customers in person within designated areas
Provide professional information regarding available products and services
Understand customer requirements and discuss suitable options
Generate and manage new customer enquiries
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and activity
Work towards individual and team performance objectives
Keep up to date with product knowledge and campaign information

Requirements

Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality or other customer-facing roles is advantageous
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Motivated, professional and target-driven mindset
Comfortable working independently and within a team environment
Basic IT and communication skills
Must have the legal right to work in the UK
