Position: Barback

Competitive hourly rate up to £17.26 per hour, comprising a base rate of £12.26 per hour plus approximately £4.5–£6.00 per hour in service charge, depending on business levels.

What will I be doing?

As a Commis waitress, your role is to be an exceptional team player and to deliver an outstanding guest experience. You must have a passion for providing a service that is personal to each of our guests and the ability to interact confidently with them to ensure a fantastic experience at ...At Sloane. Your key responsibilities will include:

Ensuring the restaurant is always immaculately presented
Preparing mise en place and setting up tables
Working alongside the Head/Senior Waiter to take orders and serve food and drinks
Ensuring guest bills are correctly priced, well presented, and appropriately signed or paid.

What are we looking for?

Immaculate personal presentation with a warm and welcoming personality
Intuitive service and an absolute understanding of our guests' needs to create exceptional service experiences that result in lasting memories
Motivated, creative, and with a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role within a five-star hotel or fine dining environment
Excellent attention to detail and a good knowledge of food and beverages.
An excellent team player with exceptional communication skills
An open and approachable manner, and thrive on interacting with people
Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays.
