Established in 1744, the Coach and Horses in London’s Mayfair’s was a coaching inn but where once it catered to weary travellers, The mix of today’s clientele in this busy pub reflects the diverse nature of the surrounding streets, so expect fashion designers and antique dealers to rub shoulders with tourists and locals.
What You’ll Do

Support the General Manager in day-to-day operations, including opening and closing duties.

Lead and motivate the team to deliver exceptional service and uphold company standards.

Assist with staff training, development, and performance management.

Manage stock control, ordering, and cost efficiency.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.

Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

Contribute ideas to improve service and business performance.
