About the Job

V12 Automobil is a respected high performance and luxury car dealership based in central London, specialising in the sale and finance of exceptional vehicles. We deliver a premium, tailored service to both new and existing clients, with a strong focus on professionalism and customer experience.

We are currently seeking an experienced automotive sales professional with a minimum of two years sales experience within the motor trade. Knowledge of vehicle finance and finance products would be highly advantageous, although not essential.

Our stock ranges from everyday prestige vehicles to rare, high performance supercars, all supported by extensive industry knowledge and a genuine passion for automotive excellence. As an FCA authorised dealership, we work with a panel of reputable finance providers to help clients secure and enjoy their ideal vehicle.

Salary of £24,000-£28,000 (depending on experienc) with a realistic £50,000-£60,000 OTE based upon commission.

Role Description

V12 Automobil offers an excellent working environment, including an on site gym, close transport links via Victoria Station and the opportunity to work with some truly exceptional and aspirational vehicles. Due to the nature of the role, it is highly important that applicants are based in London.

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Sales Specialist based in London. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the complete sales journey, from initial enquiry through to vehicle handover, while delivering an exceptional customer experience throughout.

The role involves:

Building strong relationships with clients.
Understanding their individual requirements.
Providing expert guidance on vehicle selection and finance solutions.
Developing sales opportunities and identifying new business prospects.
Maintaining strong market awareness and contributing towards overall company sales performance.

This position requires a professional and proactive individual with a client focused mindset, excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build long-term relationships with both new and existing customers.

Qualifications

Minimum of two years sales experience within the motor trade.
Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to engage confidently with a broad range of clients.
Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
Knowledge of vehicle finance and finance products would be beneficial.
Strong understanding of sales processes and the ability to contribute positively to team performance.
A genuine passion for the automotive industry, with knowledge of luxury and high-performance vehicles highly advantageous.
Ability to work effectively within a team and adapt within a fast-paced environment.
Experience using CRM systems and sales software would be beneficial.
Full UK driving licence required.
Applicants must currently live within London or the surrounding areas.
Valid driver's license.
