About Us

We are a London-based multifamily office providing strategic advisory, lifestyle management, operational coordination, and bespoke client services to high-net-worth individuals and international families. We are seeking a highly organised and analytical Business Analyst & Client Services Consultant to support client operations, service optimisation, project management, and stakeholder coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Analyse client requirements and develop tailored service strategies to improve operational efficiency and client outcomes.
Review and evaluate existing processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing enhanced workflows.
Conduct research and analysis of travel, lifestyle, hospitality, and service markets to support client decision-making.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, service frameworks, reports, and operational documentation.
Coordinate complex international projects involving multiple stakeholders, suppliers, and service providers.
Monitor project performance, budgets, timelines, and service delivery standards, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
Prepare business reports, presentations, client proposals, and strategic recommendations for senior management and clients.
Analyse service trends, supplier performance, and operational data to identify risks and opportunities.
Support the implementation of business processes, systems, and technology solutions to improve efficiency.
Manage relationships with external partners, suppliers, travel providers, hospitality operators, and professional advisers.
Ensure compliance with internal policies, client requirements, and relevant regulatory standards.
Provide high-level client support and consultancy on lifestyle, travel, relocation, and operational matters.

Essential Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in Business Management, Business Analysis, Hospitality Management, International Business, or a related field.
Minimum two years' experience in business analysis, management consulting, project management, client services, operations management, hospitality management, or a related professional environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate business processes and recommend improvements.
Experience preparing reports, presentations, operational documentation, and business recommendations.
Excellent organisational and project management skills.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously within a fast-paced environment.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and business reporting tools.
Fluency in Russian and English to support communication with an international client base.
Experience with CRM systems, project management platforms, or business intelligence tools.
Knowledge of international travel, lifestyle management, and global service provider networks.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £35,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
