Job Summary
Blackstone Elite Capital is a growing commercial and residential finance brokerage based in the City of London. We specialise in bridging finance, development funding, commercial mortgages, residential mortgages and BTL lending.

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to help expand both sides of the business and build strong introducer relationships across the UK.

Key Responsibilities

Build and manage introducer relationships (estate agents, brokers, accountants, developers, investors)
Generate new enquiries for bridging, development, commercial and business finance
Generate residential and BTL mortgage leads
Attend networking events and represent the company professionally
Manage inbound leads and complete initial fact‑finding
Work with lenders to understand criteria and structure cases
Maintain CRM records and support pipeline reporting

Skills & Experience

Experience in commercial finance or residential mortgages (both ideal)
Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
Understanding of UK lending markets
Confident, proactive and target‑driven
Able to manage a mixed pipeline

What We Offer

£32,000 – £42,000 base salary
