Sytner Group are excited to offer a Permanent Used Car Sales Consultant role with the potential to make a generous commission.

Our Used Car Sales Consultant really are at the heart of ensuring that we deliver first class customer experiences to every customer that visits one of our dealerships.

Joining us as a Used Car Sales Consultant means you will be the key point of contact for our customers during this exciting experience of buying their car, so it's crucial you get the service right first time and every time.

About the role

Mercedes-Benz of Loughton have an exciting opportunity available for an individual who comes from an automotive sales background.

As a Mercedes-Benz Used Car Sales Consultant, you will communicate with customers to support and understand their needs, on their journey to buying a new car.

Mercedes-Benz Used Car Sales Consultant work a variety of flexible patterns which can typically include weekends to ensure we provide our customers with the highest possible levels of service.

On top of your salary and very achievable OTE , you will also benefit from subsidised Manufacturer Car Purchase schemes for your family as well as discounted MOT and servicing, a colleague introduction reward scheme, discounted Gym membership and discounts with popular high street retailers.

About You

You will have good interpersonal skills and take pride in engaging with customers face-to-face and have passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

A full and valid UK driving licence will also be of benefit.

Please note you may be asked to attend an assessment centre.

When applying for this role please consider that we require candidates to have automotive sales experience as a minimum requirement for this role.
