The Education Administration and Student Experience (EASE) staff across the Faculty work together in a close network of teams that support all of our students.
You will provide specialist administration to either undergraduate or postgraduate taught degree programmes, ensuring effective procedures are adopted and documented. You will assist in achieving a high quality and timely service to current and prospective students and staff related to the designated degree programmes, as well as providing support for all matters relating to the teaching and learning activities of students. This includes from enquiry to completion, supporting departmental tasks and processes relating to assessment, student, and programme records.
Appointment Details:
- The post is graded at grade 6, the annual salary for which ranges from £36,433 to £41,833 (including London Allowance).
- We are recruiting to several full-time Education Administrator roles across our UG and PGT functions (the different job descriptions are provided below). The roles are a mix of 2 permanent and 1 fixed-term (for 12 months) roles.
- These roles are eligible for hybrid working with a minimum of 40% on site.

You should have administrative experience in a busy office environment with good communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to adapt and learn new systems, liaise with a variety of people and relate to staff and students in a teaching and learning context.
You will be proactive with the ability to work independently and as a team. You will also be able to manage a busy workload and meet time-critical schedules whilst maintaining a commitment to high-quality service.
