Overview

Conlon contracts is a construction company that provides services for the art logistics market.

We offer a variety of services from designing and constructing high specification art storage facilities, HGV repairs, mobile and onsite fabrication, office fitouts and other bespoke projects.

We are a young buisness that emphasizes on providing a high quality product and service that supports out clients operations whilst offering fulfilling employment.

I am are seeking a versatile and experienced Multi-Skilled Tradesperson to join our team.

This role involves working across various trades to support construction, maintenance, and renovation projects.

My ideal candidate will possess a broad skill set, and crucially be willing to develop their disciplines further.

Ideal trades experience (not exclusively):

Electrical

Dry lining

Taping and jointing

Decorating (spraying)

Carpentry

Welding

HVAC/ AC

There is a variety of interesting work and projects in a niche market and a combination of skills is ideal

Duties in this role

Carry out construction work associated with particulars of project.
Coordinate with subcontractors and be able to collaborate
Maintain a high level of workmanship with particular attention to detail to specifications and finish.
Install, repair, and maintain building systems found in commericial building in accordance with relevant regulations
Operation with an awareness of environmental and safety regulations.

Requirements

Proven experience in multiple trades such as listed above.
Proficiency with hand tools and power tools used in construction and maintenance tasks
Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications accurately
Strong problem-solving skills with the capacity to adapt to different project requirements
Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail
Physical fitness suitable for demanding manual labour tasks in various weather conditions
Valid relevant qualifications or certifications are advantageous but not mandatory; practical experience is essential
A proactive approach to safety procedures and compliance with health & safety regulations
CSCS
Full Drivers License
