Within London Ltd is a UK-based company specialising in premium themed travel experiences and the development of innovative K-Culture businesses. Building on our strong foundation in sports and entertainment travel, we are expanding into the sourcing, distribution, and commercial development of carefully selected Korean products and cultural experiences across the United Kingdom and Europe.

Our vision is to become a trusted bridge between Korea and Europe by introducing high-quality products, meaningful cultural experiences, and long-term business partnerships. We work closely with international suppliers, manufacturers, and strategic partners to deliver innovative products and services that meet the evolving needs of our customers.

As our business continues to grow, we are looking for an ambitious and commercially minded Business Development Manager who is passionate about international business, partnership development, and bringing new opportunities to market.

About the Role

As a Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in expanding our K-Culture business across the UK and Europe. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, sourcing innovative products, building strategic supplier partnerships, and supporting the Company's long-term commercial growth.

Working closely with internal teams and international partners, you will contribute to developing new product lines, strengthening supplier relationships, and establishing efficient supply chain operations to support our expanding business.

Key Responsibilities

Source new K-Culture products and identify potential suppliers across South Korea and Europe.
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and strategic business partners.
Coordinate import and export activities, including customs procedures, logistics, and regulatory compliance.
Support inventory management and contribute to the development of efficient supply chain operations.
Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing team to develop sales strategies, distribution plans, and promotional initiatives.
Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer demand, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
Evaluate commercial opportunities and prepare business proposals for new products, suppliers, and strategic partnerships.
Represent the Company at trade exhibitions, industry events, and business meetings to expand our supplier and partner network.
Prepare reports, presentations, market analysis, and business documentation to support management decision-making.
Work closely with senior management to support business expansion and strategic growth initiatives.

Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience in business development, international trade, procurement, product sourcing, or a related commercial role.
Experience working with overseas suppliers, manufacturers, or international business partners.
Experience attending or coordinating trade exhibitions, business events, or industry networking activities.
Good understanding of international business operations, supply chain management, and import/export processes.
Excellent business-level English communication skills, both written and spoken.
Strong reporting, documentation, presentation, and organisational skills.
Excellent negotiation, relationship-building, and stakeholder management abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Korean language skills would be an advantage but are not essential.
