Restaurant Manager, leading projects and initiatives

As Restaurant Manager at Hawksmoor, you’ll own and organise the front-of-house operation, leading a large, diverse team to deliver consistently brilliant hospitality. This is a senior, hands-on role for a floor-led leader who thrives on developing people, running a busy restaurant to the highest standards, and driving impactful projects that deliver real results.

What You’ll Do

Lead the day-to-day restaurant operation, ensuring exceptional service at every moment
Inspire, coach and develop the front-of-house team to deliver warm, confident hospitality
Be a visible presence on the floor, setting standards and leading by example
Work closely with the General Manager and senior team to drive performance and results
Own guest experience, service recovery and feedback with confidence and care
Support recruitment, training, engagement and progression across the FOH team

Who You Are

Experienced as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant General Manager in a quality, high-volume restaurant
Proven experience leading service and events in high-volume, fast-paced restaurant environments.
A natural people leader who builds motivated, high-performing teams
Commercially aware, organised and calm under pressure
Passionate about hospitality, food, drink and memorable guest experiences
Values-led, collaborative and proud to run a great restaurant
