We're now looking for a Transport Admin Clerk
✅A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE
- Assist Transport Controllers in directing and controlling resources in the area to meet defined targets.
- Manage front desk - brief & de brief drivers runs - Tachomaster Download escalate issues to shift manager
- Issue drivers with trip sheet, OPS13, Unit, Update flight board, update microlise
- Monitoring and managing timed store deliveries and trunks highlighting issues to the Transport Controller.
- Maintain service schedules ensuring that all O license commitments are met.
- Action any reported defects immediately.
✅THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO
- Previous experience within a transport office – desirable
- Ability to work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines
- Good communication skills
- Good IT skills
- Customer focus
- Good organisational skills
