Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Freelance Recruiter to join our team on a flexible basis. This role involves sourcing and engaging qualified candidates across various industries, leveraging multiple recruitment tools and platforms. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, experience with applicant tracking systems, and a proven ability to build relationships with both clients and candidates. This position offers the opportunity to work remotely, manage your own schedule, and develop your expertise within human resources and recruitment.

Responsibilities

Lead generation through social media management, networking, and utilisation of online platforms to identify potential candidates.
Managing candidate pipelines using ATS (Applicant Tracking System) tools such as Workday, Taleo, PeopleSoft, or HRIS systems.
Conducting initial screening interviews to assess candidate suitability and aligning their skills with client requirements.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates to ensure a seamless recruitment process.
Managing the full recruitment cycle from job posting to offer negotiation, ensuring timely placement of candidates.
Utilising Salesforce or similar CRM tools for tracking candidate interactions and maintaining accurate records.
Collaborating with clients to understand their hiring needs and providing strategic advice on talent acquisition strategies.
Staying updated on industry trends and best practices in human resources and social media management for recruitment purposes.

Skills

Proven experience in lead generation and relationship management within the recruitment or human resources sector.
Proficiency with ATS platforms such as Workday, Taleo, PeopleSoft, or HRIS systems.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
Familiarity with social media management tools for sourcing candidates across various channels.
Knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing candidate data and client relationships.
Experience working with HRIS systems like Workday or PeopleSoft is highly desirable.
Ability to work independently with excellent organisational skills, managing multiple priorities efficiently.
A good understanding of human resources principles and best practices in talent acquisition.
