Trainee Account Executive – Kickstart Your Sales Career
£30,000 – £35,000 base + uncapped commission
London based!

We’re hiring Trainee Account Executives to support a range of clients across cyber, technology, AI, marketing, fintech, interior design, and more. This is a varied, fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.
The Role This is a new business-focused position, designed as a true entry point into sales. You’ll be responsible for:

Building new relationships with prospective clients
Reaching out, engaging, and qualifying new business opportunities
Learning how to pitch and present solutions confidently
Working closely with experienced sales professionals
Developing the skills needed to consistently hit and exceed targets

This is not a full 360 role – you will be supported and trained every step of the way.
