About Structa

We provide Engineering design services to the construction and building industry. The combined breadth of experience and expertise in our team allows us to offer services in Civil, Structural, and Geo-Environmental Engineering.

Our Structural Engineers have a wealth of experience in all types of building materials and solve complex engineering problems using state of the art analysis tools and good old fashioned common sense. We undertake all types and scale of structural projects from small investigations and surveys to the design of high rise buildings and multi-storey basements.

Our Civil Engineers are able to deliver fully coordinated and economic infrastructure design. Using the latest ground modelling, highway and drainage design techniques to maximise efficient land use and sustainability, they ensure the servicing of each development project is seamless and robust.

The Programme

Our Graduate Development Programme will give you the best start to a career in Civil and Structural Engineering Consultancy and is designed to provide you with the technical, professional and managerial skills to progress in your career.

The programme is aligned with the Institution of Civil Engineers and the Institution of Structural Engineers. The scheme typically takes three years to complete, after which you will gain further experience before applying for your professional qualifications with either the ICE or IStructE.

You will be given opportunity to work on a broad range of projects and will also be given opportunity to work in an alternative discipline i.e. civil or structural for a minimum period of three months to give you a broad appreciation of engineering.

We will also place you with our Geo-Environmental team for one-week so you can develop your understanding of Geo-Environmental Engineering and ground investigation techniques.

Our aim is to develop Engineers who exhibit a level of knowledge, skill and professionalism that is required to contribute to and lead the development of our company. We hope you enjoy the journey!
