The ideal candidate will play a key role in developing high-quality, early-stage visual concepts, leveraging AI-powered tools to efficiently create test fits, mood boards, and 3D visualisations that enhance and support successful proposals.
They will be detail-oriented and highly organised, able to collaborate effectively across international teams, manage multiple projects and deadlines, and adapt to evolving requirements. A proactive mindset, combined with a strong interest in AI-driven tools and innovative workflows, is essential for success in this position.
The Proposals Graphic Designer will support our Design & Build tender submissions across corporate office fit-out, as well as retail and hospitality sectors. They will work closely with Preconstruction, Design, and Project teams to translate complex briefs into clear, compelling and visually engaging client-facing documents that support winning strategies.
Key Responsibilities.
- Produce high-quality visual content for Design & Buildproposals, including space planning layouts, test fits, mood boards (look & feel, materials, atmosphere), and conceptual 3D visuals and renders;
- Adapt and improve visuals to meet tight bid deadlines efficiently;
- Ensure alignment with brand guidelines and overall proposal narrative;
- Develop early-stage layouts based on client briefs, area schedules, and design principles;
- Create high-quality, presentation-ready graphics for proposals and client presentations;
- Support narrative clarity through plans, diagrams, icons and infographics;
- Develop and maintain templates for presentations and proposals;
- Use AI design and visualisation tools to optimise production (test fits, renders, concept imagery), generating AI outputs with manual refinement to achieve high-quality results;
- Collaborate closely with Preconstruction team, Bid Managers, Interior Designers, Architects, Marketing and Brand teams to deliver compelling client-facing materials;
- Incorporate feedback and drive iterative improvements to meet evolving project and bid requirements.
Qualifications.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in architectural visualisation, graphic design, or proposal graphics (ideally within Design & Build, architecture, workplace design or real estate environments);
- Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and PowerPoint, with experience in proposal-level layouts and formatting;
- Experience in producing test fits, mood boards, and conceptual 3D visuals;
- Familiarity with AI-based tools is a strong asset;
- Fluent in English, with proficiency in at least one additional European language (French, German, Spanish, or Italian).

Pay: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
