Build a brilliant future with Hiscox
Role Overview
We are seeking a delivery-focused Product Owner to join a Value Stream, working with a cross-functional team to deliver valuable, outcome-driven change across our business capabilities. This role may operate across different domains (e.g. Reinsurance, Claims, Data), requiring the ability to quickly understand new problem spaces and focus on delivering the highest value outcomes.
As Product Owner, you are responsible for ensuring the team is working on the right priorities to deliver business value. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to identify, prioritise, deliver, and manage the adoption of features. You will own complex problems, help shape solutions, and ensure that delivered outcomes are adopted and deliver measurable value. You are expected to operate beyond backlog management — influencing direction, challenging assumptions, and driving continuous improvement in how products and change are delivered
You will also work closely with the Product Manager to contribute to product direction, with a primary focus on day-to-day delivery, ensuring outcomes align to business objectives and that products and services remain operational and fit for purpose
