About the role

What you'll be working on:

Owning paid social creative production end-to-end - brief, script, shoot, edit, delivery - across Meta and TikTok.
Shooting and editing a high volume of content using an iPhone.
Writing hooks and scripts that stop the scroll, built around real user pain points.
Coordinating shoots: talent, logistics - keeping production moving at pace.
Staying ahead of platform trends and translating them into performance creatives fast.
Iterating based on performance feedback - understanding what works and scaling it.
Building a consistent visual tone across our video content to strengthen Emma’s brand and storytelling.

Who we're looking for:

2+ years of hands-on experience in videography, content production, or motion design, ideally within a startup or fast-moving environment.
Strong portfolio of video work spanning social content, product explainers, or brand storytelling.
Skilled in editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, After Effects, or similar) and motion graphics tools.
A highly organised, detail-oriented, and efficient operator, able to manage multiple concurrent projects.
Comfortable working end-to-end: planning, shooting, editing, and delivering polished content.
Passionate about fintech, visual culture, and helping people take control of their money.
Collaborative, driven, and ready to build the future of finance with us.
