About the Role

We’re looking for a Product Engineer for Single-ply membranes to join our RoofingProduct Management team

Purpose of the Role

As Product Engineer – Single Ply Membranes, you will play a key role in protecting and growing one of Sika UK’s most important roofing product categories. Acting as the technical authority for the range, you will ensure our systems remain compliant, competitive and aligned to market needs—supporting sustained growth, strong specification performance and long-term market leadership.

Your Skills and Experience

What we need from you?

A strong technical understanding of roofing systems OR construction products
Experience managing products or systems through their lifecycle, from development to optimisation (desirable but not essential)
Knowledge of testing, certification and regulatory requirements (e.g. BBA, CE/UKCA or similar)
Commercial awareness, with the ability to connect technical decisions to business performance
Ability to collaborate effectively across technical and commercial teams
Strong organisation, project management and attention to detail skills, with a proactive and solution-focused approach (essential)
