About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Lead creative service operations and project delivery
Oversee branding, marketing, digital content, and design-related projects
Manage creative teams, project timelines, and client expectations
Review creative concepts, campaign materials, and final deliverables
Coordinate with clients, vendors, designers, and internal departments
Monitor budgets, project performance, and service quality standards
Support business development through creative proposals and client presentations

What We Are Looking For

Experience

Strong experience in creative services, branding, marketing, design management, or digital project leadership
Previous senior leadership or department-level management experience is preferred
Experience working with client accounts, creative teams, and campaign delivery is an advantage

Skills

Creative direction and service leadership
Brand strategy and campaign planning
Client relationship management
Project management and budget oversight
Strong communication, presentation, and decision-making skills

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, Communications, Creative Management, Business Administration, or a related field
Professional certifications in marketing, creative leadership, digital media, or project management are an advantage

Pay: £85,000.00-£115,000.00 per year
