Full job description

Job Summary:

Lead global merchandising strategy to drive commercial growth, optimize product performance, and strengthen market presence across international markets. This is an excellent opportunity for a strategic retail and merchandising leader to influence business performance, lead cross-functional teams, and deliver exceptional customer and commercial outcomes.

What you'll do:

Develop and execute global merchandising strategies aligned with business objectives.
Lead product assortment, pricing, inventory, and category planning initiatives.
Analyze market trends, customer insights, and sales performance to maximize revenue.
Collaborate with buying, supply chain, marketing, and commercial teams.
Drive product lifecycle planning and merchandising best practices.
Identify new market opportunities and improve merchandising performance.
Lead and mentor merchandising teams while supporting business growth.
Prepare forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for senior leadership.

Requirements:

Experience in merchandising, retail, category management, or commercial leadership is preferred.
Strong commercial awareness and analytical decision-making skills.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
Strong planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with merchandising systems and Microsoft Office is beneficial.
Passion for delivering commercial results and continuous improvement.
