As we continue to expand our ranges and enter new markets, we are looking for a passionate and detail-driven Nutritionist to support our innovation pipeline, ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks, and communicate our values through accurate and engaging product content.

The Role

This is a cross-functional role spanning product development, regulatory compliance, education, and customer consultation. You’ll work closely with founders, product teams, designers and international clients to develop products from concept to shelf, support content creation, and uphold the scientific and ethical standards our brands are known for.

Key Responsibilities

Product Development

Lead on NPD for supplements and herbal teas, from concept ideation to launch
Formulate evidence-based, compliant blends in line with EFSA, MHRA, and FSA regulations
Liaise with manufacturers to ensure product quality, safety and accuracy
Oversee product wording, packaging content, and translations for global markets
Support the regulatory approval process in the UK and export markets

Regulatory & Compliance

Ensure all copy adheres to EFSA claims and MHRA guidelines
Prepare and check regulatory documentation for export and partner approvals
Stay up to date with developments in health claims, labelling legislation, and food safety

Content & Communication

Assist with writing accurate, engaging and compliant copy for websites, packaging, blog posts, brochures and social media
Respond to technical product queries from customers and team members
Recommend supplements and teas to customers based on health goals and lifestyle factors
Collaborate with graphic designers to create training materials and educational assets
Develop and deliver product training to internal teams, retail partners and international distributors

Client Support & Consultation

Liaise with export clients to provide product documentation and onboarding/training
Support the future launch of 1:1 customer consultations, providing expert recommendations tailored to individual needs
Represent the brand at key UK trade exhibitions (some weekend attendance may be required)

Requirements

BSc (Hons) or MSc in Nutrition, Nutritional Therapy or related discipline
Strong working knowledge of EFSA health claims, MHRA guidance and food safety frameworks
Strong understanding of nutrition science, functional foods, and herbal remedies
Excellent written communication skills and an eye for detail
Experience in product development or supplement formulation is desirable
Proficient in interpreting clinical data and communicating benefits clearly
Able to multitask, prioritise, and thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
