Sales Lister – Tower Bridge Market Specialist Join Chestertons Estate Agency

Location: Tower Bridge
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30 am – 6:00 pm
(1 in 3 Saturdays, 10:00 am – 4:00 pm)

Salary: Competitive Basic Salary + Enhanced Commission Scheme + Attractive Benefits + £5,000 Car Allowance (OTE £65,000)

We are seeking an ambitious and motivated Sales Lister to join our successful team specialising in one of London’s most desirable and fast-moving property markets. From luxury riverside apartments to prestigious period homes, you will represent an exceptional portfolio while building long-term relationships with buyers and sellers in the local community.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident property professional who thrives in a target-driven environment and delivers outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct property valuations and market appraisals across the Tower Bridge area
Generate new business opportunities and secure property instructions
Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, buyers, and investors
Deliver expert advice on the local property market
Negotiate offers effectively to achieve the best outcomes for clients
Work closely with the Sales Manager to support office performance and growth
Ensure an exceptional customer journey from valuation through to completion

What We’re Looking For

Previous estate agency or property sales experience preferred
Strong knowledge of the Tower Bridge and Central London property market
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Confident, personable, and professional approach
Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed
Ability to work effectively under pressure and within a team environment
