Full job description

Residential building in Chelsea requires an experienced relief concierge to provide holiday and sickness cover. Flexible ad hoc shifts including days and occasional nights.

Ideal for a retired concierge, porter or someone seeking occasional work.

This position is customer focused and requires you to meet and greet all visitors at reception with a helpful and cheerful attitude. Our concierge will create a positive first impression and provide superior levels of customer service that meets the residents' needs and expectations. A background in working in hotels or residential developments is essential.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

To perform your duties and provide concierge services, in the prescribed manner, as instructed by the Head Porter;
To enter all relevant comments/details in the concierge diary;
To receive and keep safe registered mail and deliveries for residents;
To deal with telephone enquiries and logging messages;
To ensure CCTV cameras are monitored;
To supervise any keys which may be held. To ensure that they are correctly logged in and out in accordance with agreed procedures.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: £12.75 per hour
