Location: Battersea, London
Job Type: Full-time (Flexibility required)
The Glass House and Fiona Fleur are looking for a highly organised, proactive and hands-on Studio Operations & Logistics Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of our studio, hire inventory and logistics.
We're a small but growing team, and this is a key role within the business. Working closely with our founders, producers, florists and studio assistants, you'll help keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes—ensuring every order is prepared to the highest standard and every delivery reaches its destination on time.
No two days are the same. One morning you might be planning and preparing orders for the week ahead, the next delivering to a luxury venue, organising our hire collection, or ensuring the studio is set up and ready for the floristry team. Along the way, you'll also support with conditioning flowers and preparing vases and hire items for installations. If you enjoy taking ownership, thrive on variety and take pride in doing things properly, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Be Doing
- Manage our hire inventory using Booqable, ensuring stock is accurate, organised and ready for upcoming jobs.
- Proactively plan and prepare upcoming orders, ensuring everything is ready on time.
- Prepare, pack and quality-check all orders, including vases, plinths and hire items for installations and events.
- Receive returned hire items, checking, cleaning, maintaining and returning them to inventory, including painting and refurbishing plinths where required.
- Coordinate and carry out deliveries and collections to clients and event venues across London using a Transit van.
- Play a key role in the delivery of our floral installations by loading and transporting florals, hire items and equipment to venues, supporting on-site set-up and derigs, and ensuring everything is safely returned to the studio.
- Condition flowers and prepare them for use by the floristry team.
- Maintain a clean, organised and efficient studio, ensuring all equipment, stock and working areas are well cared for.
- Coordinate and direct freelance studio assistants when additional support is required.
- Continuously look for ways to improve organisation, efficiency and operational processes.
- Represent The Glass House and Fiona Fleur professionally when interacting with clients, suppliers and venues.
About You
You take pride in creating order, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy being the person who keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes. You're proactive, practical and dependable, with a positive attitude and a willingness to roll up your sleeves wherever needed.

- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- A hands-on approach, with DIY or painting experience an advantage.
- Confidence driving a Transit van throughout Central London.
- A full UK driving licence.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to remain calm under pressure and prioritise effectively.
- Flexibility to work occasional early mornings, evenings and weekends depending on delivery schedules.
- Experience in logistics, warehouse operations, events, hospitality or floristry is desirable, but not essential.
What We Offer
- A varied and rewarding role across two growing creative businesses.
- A supportive and collaborative team where your contribution will have a real impact.
- The opportunity to take ownership of an important operational role and help shape how we work.
- A role where every day is different, combining logistics, operations, floristry support and client-facing responsibilities.
