What you'll be doing

Look after the drawings, specifications and other documents from architects, engineers and other consultants, checking and processing them in a timely manner
Issue the construction drawings, specifications and other information
Work closely with architects, engineers, other consultants and contractors
Manage the enquires and applications for statutory service companies, local authorities and other external bodies
Collaborate with colleagues across Planning, Commercial, Construction and Sales teams
Assist with production of sales information, including plans and technical sales specifications for brochure, and work with Sales and Legal teams to prepare for the sales launch
Support the team by maintaining records and process for Building Regulations and other statutory bodies, and building warranty provider
Provide back-up and support to the Technical Managers and other members of the team
Take responsibility for the technical information required for conveyancing purposes and issue to Customer team
Assist with checking of apartments during construction against brochure information and maintain a tracker of divergences
Assist with management of customer changes, liaising with Sales and Customer teams, consultants and Construction team to update construction information

What you'll bring

HNC / BTEC (or equivalent)
Experience working with on residential developments, ideally apartment schemes in urban locations, with concrete frame construction
Working knowledge of Building Regulations, detailing and construction methods
