Full job description

Property Management Support

We are looking for a Property Management Support to join our growing team and assist with the day-to-day administration and management of residential properties.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience or knowledge of property management, either in the UK or overseas, and be confident dealing with maintenance issues, contractors, landlords, tenants, and property-related administration. Full training will be provided on our systems and processes.

Main Responsibilities

Support the onboarding of new landlords, managed properties, and tenancies.
Manage repair and maintenance enquiries from tenants and landlords.
Instruct contractors, obtain quotations, and follow up on repair works.
Update property, tenancy, and landlord records using property management software.
Assist with compliance administration, tenancy documentation, and property files.
Raise invoices and process charges accurately on the system.
Support the property management team.
Liaise with landlords, tenants, contractors, and utility providers as required.
Support the property management team and assist with any other duties related to the effective management of residential properties.

Skills and Experience Required

Previous experience in property management, lettings, administration, or a similar role.
Knowledge of residential property management processes would be advantageous.
Experience using property management software is preferred, although full training will be provided.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple tasks.
Confident dealing with repairs, maintenance issues, and contractor instructions.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
A proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
