As a result of our continued growth within the cruise, ferry and yacht sectors, we are now searching for a Senior Claims Executive to handle both passenger and crew personal injury claims from our London office.
As a Senior Claims Executive in Skuld, you will be part of a world leading marine insurance provider where service and competence is key. Your responsibilities
You will be part of a dynamic Claims team in London and collaborate closely with the team in New York, as well as developing relationships with members, brokers, and clients.
In this position you will:
- Handle cruise, ferry and yacht passenger and crew personal injury claims
- Review employment and passenger ticket contracts for all our Members
- Continuously observe and report developing claims trends, monitor legal and regulatory developments and relevant industry activities
- Build strong relations with Members and Brokers
- Promote Skuld in the market and participate in marketing efforts
- Contribute to a friendly, open, and trusting work environment

Your qualifications should include:
- Relevant work experience handling personal injury claims within the cruise, ferry and/or yacht sector
- A law degree, preferably within maritime law,would be an added advantage
- An interest in and understanding of the shipping industry
- Language skills – English at a high level, fluent in speaking and writing
- Willing and able to embody our values (Accurate, Bold, Caring and Dedicated) in everything you do
