Application Support Specialist (SaaS/CRM) – London (Hybrid Remote) - £55,000

Flexible working | HubSpot | Digital Transformation Consultancy | Excellent Progression Opportunity

Ada Meher is currently working with a scaling SaaS vendor & consultancy in the Property Management sector in London as they look to recruit an Application / Software Support Specialist to work with their Client Services team and with the opportunity to progress into a Service Desk Manager role as the team continues to grow. The role will initially involve working on operational support for a number of SaaS and data/dashboarding platforms, such as HubSpot and financial & property management platforms (ie MRI Qube). You would be responsible for the ongoing support escalation, technical documentation, testing and release support of the systems as well as continuous improvements & upgrades.

This role would suit someone who is self-driven and ambitious enough to work independently as well as take advantage of the resources and expertise made available to them internally to aide their personal development. This is a real focus for the client and every member of staff has their own personal development opportunities.

As part of their commitment to work/life balance, the company work on a hybrid basis with employees spending 3 days a week in office and the rest working remotely. They also offer a flexible schedule – as long as clients’ needs are met and work is getting done you’ll have the autonomy to manage your workload the way that works best for you!

To Be Considered…

· Demonstrable experience in a Technical Product Support role in a SaaS environment

· Excellent experience working with widely used CRM platforms (eg HubSpot, Salesforce)

· Experience working directly on SaaS, System Integrations or Cloud-based platforms

· Demonstrable experience working to SLAs

· Strong communication skills

· Knowledge of ITIL

· Experience in test management and technical documentation
