Full job description

EF Medispa is a unique medispa offering a wide range of aesthetic and medical treatments. Our mission is to provide clients with personalised care and exceptional service in a professional and welcoming environment.

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Receptionist/Front of House to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients, providing outstanding customer service and ensuring smooth clinic operations.

Responsibilities:

Greet clients warmly and ensure they feel welcome and comfortable.
Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate staff member.
Schedule appointments and coordinate consultation bookings efficiently.
Process payments accurately and maintain client records.
Handle client feedback and complaints with empathy and professionalism.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the reception area.
Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including data entry and inventory management.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless client experience.
Stay informed about clinic services, promotions, and products to effectively communicate with clients.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role, preferably in a spa, medical, or hospitality setting.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in computer systems and basic office software.

Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures is a plus.

Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
