'We are seeking a Sales and Marketing Clinic Assistant to join our team at ECC. Based at our clinic location, you will play a vital role in promoting our services, engaging with patients, and supporting our marketing initiatives to enhance community health awareness.
Responsibilities
' Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote the clinic’s services.
- Engage with patients and visitors to provide information about treatments and wellness programs.
- Support the organization of community health events and promotional activities.
- Manage social media accounts and online presence.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure excellent patient experience.
- Maintain accurate records of marketing activities and patient feedback.
- Contribute to the creation of educational materials for patients.
- Support administrative tasks related to sales and marketing efforts.
- be able to manage front desk tasks during shifts
- Strong organisational and time management abilities.
- Experience or interest in healthcare marketing or community outreach.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Canva.
- at least 1 year Previous experience as a sales and marketing assistant.
- Enthusiasm for promoting health and wellness initiatives.
