Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Window Tinter to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for applying window tinting films to various vehicles and surfaces, ensuring high-quality finishes and customer satisfaction. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a keen eye for detail and a passion for automotive or surface enhancement work. The position involves working with various tools and materials, requiring physical strength and precision.

Duties

Prepare vehicle windows and surfaces by cleaning and masking areas as necessary before tint application.
Measure, cut, and fit window tinting films accurately to ensure a seamless finish.
Use hand tools, power tools, and specialised equipment to apply tint films smoothly without bubbles or imperfections.
Ensure all tinting work complies with safety standards and company quality guidelines.
Assist in the maintenance of tools and equipment, ensuring they are kept in good working order.
Work efficiently to meet deadlines while maintaining high standards of craftsmanship.
Provide excellent customer service by explaining the tinting process and addressing any client questions or concerns.

Qualifications

Previous experience in window tinting or related surface enhancement work is preferred but not essential; training will be provided.
Mechanical knowledge is advantageous for handling tools and equipment effectively.
Proficiency with hand tools and power tools used in tint application is desirable.
Ability to perform heavy lifting when handling large rolls of film or equipment safely.
Strong attention to detail with an organised approach to work tasks.
Good physical fitness, including the ability to stand for extended periods and perform precise manual tasks.
Excellent communication skills and a professional attitude towards clients and team members.
