Job Summary
We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Trainee Aircraft Detailers. This entry-level position offers valuable training and experience in aircraft cleaning and maintenance, with opportunities for career development within the aviation industry. The role involves working in a dynamic environment, ensuring aircraft are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation. Candidates will gain practical skills in aircraft detailing, customer service, and operational procedures, all while being paid for their work.

Responsibilities

Assist with cleaning and detailing aircraft surfaces, windows, and interiors to meet company standards
Support the preparation of aircraft for scheduled maintenance or customer inspections
Maintain cleanliness of work areas, including hangars and equipment storage zones
Follow safety protocols and procedures during all tasks to ensure a secure working environment
Drive company vehicles as needed to transport equipment or materials between locations
Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs professionally and courteously
Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently and uphold quality standards

Qualifications

Experience in janitorial services or similar cleaning roles is desirable but not essential; training will be provided
Valid driving licence is preferred to facilitate transportation duties
Strong customer service skills with a professional attitude towards clients and colleagues
Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Good organisational skills and attention to detail to ensure thorough cleaning standards are met
Willingness to learn new skills related to aircraft detailing and maintenance processes
