Full job description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Architectural Assistant to support the design and delivery of super-prime residential projects in London and worldwide. This is a dynamic entry-level role, ideal for a passionate individual looking to work in a design-led fully integrated real estate company creating some of the world’s finest addresses.

Key Responsibilities

Support the design team across all project phases: concept, design development, technical design, and delivery.
Produce and refine CAD drawings, plans, sections, and technical details.
Assist in developing design proposals, models, and drawing packages for presentations and submissions.
Prepare presentation materials including visualisations, layouts, and technical packs.
Help co-ordinate consultant information, technical documentation, and drawing issue logs.
Attend design, consultant and site meetings as required, taking minutes and documenting updates.
Maintain studio resources and databases, ensuring drawings, models, and project information are organised and up to date.

Candidate Profile

BA (Hons) Degree in Architecture or equivalent

Portfolio Required

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office (experience with Revit is advantageous).
Strong organisational skills, with a proactive and enthusiastic attitude.
A keen eye for detail and an appreciation for high-quality, well-resolved architectural design.
