At InterContinental London Park Lane, we are currently looking for a Food & Beverage Team Member – Luxury Fine Dining to join our team in Theo Randall’s award-winning Italian Restaurant, with an immediate start!

We are looking for an experienced Food & Beverage Team Member to join our award-winning restaurant team. You'll take ownership of your own section, delivering impeccable, personalised service while creating memorable dining experiences in one of London's leading luxury hotels.

What you'll do

Take ownership of your section, ensuring every guest receives attentive, seamless service from arrival to departure.
Welcome guests, take food and beverage orders, and confidently recommend dishes and wines.
Maintain expert knowledge of menus, daily specials and allergens.
Work closely with the kitchen and restaurant team to deliver smooth, efficient service.
Prepare and maintain the restaurant to impeccable luxury standards.
Support and guide colleagues, leading by example during service.
Handle guest queries professionally and ensure every guest leaves with a memorable experience.
Maintain the highest standards of presentation, hygiene and health & safety.

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a luxury hotel or fine dining restaurant.
Confidence managing your own section in a fast-paced service environment.
A genuine passion for exceptional hospitality and guest service.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Outstanding attention to detail and a positive, team-focused attitude.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
