Job Description

Colliers is looking for a highly organised and detail-driven Systems Administrator to support our Tramps property management system and Proactis P2P platform. This is a fantastic opportunity to work at the heart of our Property Management and Finance teams, ensuring data accuracy, smooth operations, and best-in-class service delivery for our clients.

What you’ll be doing

Managing and maintaining Tramps and Proactis P2P, including user access, system performance, and issue resolution
Overseeing lease data management, including rent reviews, expiries, and updates
Supporting data uploads and integration from Lease Factory to Tramps
Assisting with onboarding new clients and properties, including bulk data migration
Handling purchase order and invoice queries and supporting Accounts Payable processes
Producing regular reports and insights on lease charges, system performance, and financial processes
Working closely with Credit Control, Treasury, and Property Management teams to resolve queries
Supporting system testing, upgrades, and continuous improvements

Qualifications

What we’re looking for

Experience in systems administration, ideally within property management or finance
Working knowledge of Tramps and/or Proactis P2P (or similar systems)
Strong understanding of data management and processes
High attention to detail with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across teams
The Right to Work in the UK
