The Stay Club Camden is currently looking for a Full-Time Front Desk Receptionist to join our fast-growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or develop a career within the student accommodation and hospitality industry.
Our properties represent the latest trend in modern student living, and we are committed to providing an outstanding experience for all our students and tenants.
We are seeking a flexible and reliable team member who is available to work a rotating schedule of 2-day shifts and 3night shifts per week.
Shift Pattern:
- 2 Day Shifts
- 3 Night Shifts
Some night shifts will be based at a nearby sister property within proximity.
Shifts are 8 hours long and schedules will be confirmed in advance.
Additional optional shifts may also be available to cover holidays and busy periods.

Interviews are held weekly at the property on Tuesdays and Fridays, and the position is available for an immediate start.
ROLE: Receptionist
LOCATION: Camden Town / Kentish Town
SALARY: £12.95 per hour
POSITION: Full-time
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, including:
- Responding to emails and resident enquiries
- Monitoring access to the property
- Conducting regular security and welfare checks
- Supporting residents and handling emergencies professionally
- Maintaining a safe and secure environment throughout the shift
Full training will be provided, along with opportunities for career progression as the company continues to expand and open new locations.
REQUIRED DOCUMENTS:
Applicants must provide the following documents during the recruitment process:
- Enhanced DBS Check including Children and Adult Barred List
- (This can be arranged by us after successful application)
- Two reference letters from recent employers
- Passport / Visa copy and Right to Work documents
- National Insurance Number
- Proof of Address
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the company
- The ability to work independently during night shifts
- Good organisational and problem-solving skills
- Previous experience in student accommodation, concierge, security, or hospitality is an advantage but not essential
- Awareness of Fire Safety, Health & Safety, and First Aid procedures
