Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our marketing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, engage target audiences, and drive business growth. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a proactive individual with strong management, analytical, and creative skills to make a significant impact within our organisation.

Duties

Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across various platforms including social media, email, and search engines.
Manage and optimise SEO strategies to improve website ranking and organic traffic.
Oversee content creation, including copywriting for blogs, social media posts, and advertisements, ensuring alignment with brand voice.
Utilise tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Microsoft Excel to analyse campaign performance and generate actionable insights.
Manage website content through WordPress, ensuring it is up-to-date and optimised for user experience and SEO.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams on project management tasks related to marketing initiatives.
Design visual content using Adobe Photoshop to support marketing campaigns.
Monitor social media channels, engaging with followers and managing content calendars using social media management tools.
Implement email marketing campaigns using platforms like MailChimp or similar tools.
Lead B2B marketing efforts by developing targeted strategies for corporate clients.
Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
Organise webinars, online events, or promotional activities to increase brand awareness.

Experience

Proven experience in digital marketing or related roles with a strong understanding of management principles.
Demonstrable expertise in SEO optimisation, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and social media management.
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, WordPress, Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), and email marketing platforms.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously within deadlines.
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Experience in B2B marketing environments is desirable but not essential.
Knowledge of IT systems relevant to digital marketing is advantageous.
