Full job description

Open School of London is looking for a motivated and student-focused Student Counselor to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will guide prospective and current students by providing academic counseling, course information, admissions support, and ongoing student assistance.

This role is suitable for both experienced professionals and fresh graduates who have strong communication skills and a passion for education and student development.

Key Responsibilities

Counsel students regarding courses, admissions, and career opportunities

Respond to student inquiries through phone, email, and online platforms

Assist students with enrollment and application processes

Maintain accurate student records and follow-up communications

Support students throughout their learning journey

Coordinate with academic and administrative teams

Participate in student outreach and promotional activities

Build positive relationships with students and parents

Requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Basic computer and administrative skills

Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Prior counseling or education experience is a plus, but not required

Freshers are encouraged to apply
