Full job description

Please only apply for this position if you:

Are living in the UK and have the right to work in the UK. We DO NOT offer sponsorship.
Are happy to commute to N3 2SY for a 4 hour shift each day.
Can work year round - we are a Daycare nursery, so do not close for school holidays.
Preferably already have an Enhanced DBS on the Update system.

We need a Paperwork and Lunchtime cover assistant to work from 10.30-14.30 Monday-Fridays. This is a 20 hour per week permanent contract.

The role is:

o To ensure that paperwork and lunch times are well organised.

o To give support to other team members within their immediate team and the wider nursery.

o Ensure that lunch times are a calm and social event where the children are supported in self-help skills and the meals are cleared away in a timely and hygienic manner.

o Contribute a high standard of physical, emotional, social, and intellectual care for all children in their care.

o To work as part of a team in order to provide an enabling environment in which all children can play, learn and develop.

Key areas

o Ensure health, safety and wellbeing of the children at all times.

o Work with teach and support children.

o Work as part of a team

Pay: £14.80-£16.03 per hour
